    • Na ja, wir zahlen auch wenn sich Banken verzocken oder ganze Länder durch das "eigene Taschen füllen" Probleme bekommen. Da macht dann so ein kleiner Konkursausfallbetrag das Kraut auch nicht fett, zumal das alles ja nicht gegen ein Gesetz verstößt, sondern wirklich auch gültiges und begehbares Recht. Also man kann das auch so lange machen, bis sich das Finanzamt bzw. ein Gewerbeaufsichtsamt gegen die Zulassung einer solchen "Eishockey-GmbH" entscheidet. Wenns also öfters vorkommt und eben nur in Kassel, dann wird das dann auch irgendwann richtige Probleme bereiten, dann kannst Du eben nicht mehr einfach eine GmbH durch eine andere ersetzten.
